Christian Cottage Prep understands that many families struggle to provide a private Christian education for their children. We are committed to keeping tuition at the lowest possible rate while keeping our classes small and personal online. Having just a few students per online class allows for the personal attention that Christian Cottage Prep is known for. We have a broad socioeconomic school family that values the personalized Christian education we provide. We want to provide the best teachers, curriculum, and experience possible.
This is an investment for their future, and we can partner with you. Our financial aid is limited, need-based, and mission-driven. Financial aid submission forms are available year-round. To ensure we can accurately assess how to best support your family, we ask that you complete the enrollment and pre-testing process first. This helps us get to know your child! Once enrolled, you can apply for financial aid through April 15th.

Flexible Ways to Invest
We offer several options to help make our tuition fit your family’s monthly budget.

📅 Monthly Payment Plans: Spread your tuition over 10 months (June–March) or 12 months (June–May). This allows you to plan your household budget with predictable, smaller payments throughout the year.

💰 Pay-in-Full Discounts Families who choose to pay by the semester or by the full year receive a tuition discount. This is a great way to reduce your overall investment if you can pay upfront.

☀️ Early Bird Admissions Plan ahead and save! Apply for the upcoming school year between January 2nd and January 25th to lock in our lowest possible admission rates.

🧩 Customizable Enrollment NEW! You don’t have to commit to a full curriculum if it doesn’t fit your needs. Your family can select a single class, two classes, or a full academic level. We offer the flexibility to fit your specific family goals and budget.
The 3-Step Financial Aid Roadmap
Follow these steps to ensure your application is considered for our need-based scholarships.

Step 1: Enrollment & Pre-Testing. Before applying for aid, your child must have a completed application in our system. This includes finishing the enrollment forms and completing our pre-testing so we can get to know your student’s unique needs.

Step 2: Secure Your Spot. To be eligible for scholarship consideration, your admissions entry fee must be paid. This signals to our board that your family is committed to joining our community next year.

Step 3: Submit Your Aid Application. Once Steps 1 and 2 are complete, you can submit your formal financial aid request.

External Aid: Apply for an ACE Scholarship via the link below.

Internal Aid: Submit the CCP Financial Need Form to our admissions office.

Deadline: All applications must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
